1.1 Controller. DevBridgeSystems (“we”, “us”), 53332 Straufsberg 25 Bornheim, Germany, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our service engagements. Contact: [email protected].
1.2 Data we collect. We process contact details you submit (name, email, company, phone, project brief), contract and billing data required to deliver services, and technically necessary log data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) collected when you visit our site.
1.3 Purposes & legal bases. We process data to respond to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures), to perform contracts (Art. 6(1)(b)), to satisfy legal accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and — only with your consent — to send project updates (Art. 6(1)(a)). Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) cover securing our infrastructure and improving service quality.
1.4 Processors & transfers. We use vetted processors (hosting, email, payment) under Art. 28 GDPR data-processing agreements. Where a processor operates outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
1.5 Retention. Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after the last contact. Contractual and invoice records are retained for 10 years as required by German commercial and tax law.
1.6 Your rights. Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing (Art. 15–21). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
1.7 CCPA notice (California). California residents may request disclosure of categories of personal information collected, request deletion, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Requests may be sent to [email protected] and will be honored as required by applicable law.
